The Next Memorable Moon Run has been scheduled! Get ready to Howl at the Moon!

Where:         Community Park, Palos Heights
                     (what's that address?? The park is south of Route 83 (College Drive) and just west of 76th Avenue)--it's where Mel Diab's Palos  Bank Southwest 1/2 Marathon runs out of).

When:            Wednesday June 23, 2010 at 7PM

What:             4-6 miles on the trails

Then What:    8:15PM -- pizza, libations and fun at Julianna's, 7239 West College Drive (in the strip mall on the southwest corner of Rte 83 and Harlem).

(Why A Wednesday You Ask?  Because Luna Mistress Joanne has a work conflict Thursday night--yep, it's 'all about me'!)

Additional things to ponder:

The Summer Solstice is June 21.  The PRFPC Moon Run is June 23. The Full Moon is June 26.  

 I leave it to Frogger, TIO2 and others of their ilk to provide us with illuminating connecting thoughts re: same.

I am pleased to announce the kick off of our 2010 Moon Run season. The first one will be on Thursday, May 27 at 7:00 PM at the Grainery in Frankfort. Let's run 4 - 6 miles then enjoy refreshments at Jenny's on Kansas St. Be there or be square!!
