I know a few people who are running this race.

I believe my foot/ankle has healed enough to run this.

Who is going to be there?

Congrat's on winning your age group Cindy.It is a tough age group to win 20-25. Good luck in two weeks @ C/M you are on a roll.

Thanks Nitro.  Running friends really encourage and help out.  Congrats also to Mark Campbell and George Stapleton who received age group awards. 

Oh, special appearances by Frogger and Scotter/The Breeze (Scott).  I believe I saw Penny as a spectator (I hope that was her) and Gideon (who usually runs the Progressive).  Hope I did not miss anyone.  If I did, feel free to reply and recognize them.

Great day for a race with good people.
